We are now hiring for the following position(s):
- Telemarketer & Inside Sales
- Customer Service Representative (Full-Time)
- Customer Service Representative (Part-Time)
- Customer Service Team Leader (Full Time)
We provide web-based software for residential real estate agents. The product creates attractive proposals that incorporate property data retrieved from the local Multiple List System. We have approved vendor status from most of the large real estate franchise organizations. In business since 1988, we have customers in all 50 states with more than 100,000 agents registered. We believe we have more of the top 100 brokers than any competitor.
The position requires cold calling real estate brokers utilizing a prepared sales pitch to gain interest. Once interest is obtained a presentation is made using sample proposals. In addition to the cold calling there is follow-up to inquiries from prospects who have contacted us via phone or email. Several times a year we exhibit at trade shows in various cities. You would be expected to attend these trade shows.
A minimum of three years of telemarketing experience is required. You must be comfortable making many calls before engaging an interested prospect who will listen to your full presentation. Experience with software sales or real estate sales would be helpful but not required. Must be competent with computers, smartphones, tablets and the internet. We have very happy customers who can be used for reference so you can be proud to represent our product and our service.
Starting salary $40,000 plus bonus potential. Benefits include paid time off, health insurance and simple IRA contribution. Nice office in Hunt Valley, MD. Hours 9am to 6pm.

Daily activities include answering user support calls, trouble-shooting software issues, testing software on multiple Windows operating systems and various other technical support duties. The candidates must be competent with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Internet Explorer and possess good customer relations and communication skills. Excellent work ethic is a must. Great benefits and an excellent working environment. Hours will be part time, Monday thru Friday from 11 AM until 3 PM.

Along with customer service duties, the chosen candidate will be responsible for coaching and guiding other team members in customer service performance.
