With your ToolkitCMA account you may upload your picture into your profile along with your contact information, which will be merged into the presentation documents and property flyers. ToolkitCMA also allows you to customize the cover letter, the marketing plan of action, the pricing strategy worksheet, your resume and customer references.

If you are with a major North American real estate franchise and no customization is required, you can expect for your ToolkitCMA account to be setup and activated within one or two business days. If you are with an independent real estate company, you may expect your ToolkitCMA account to be setup and activated within three to four business days, allowing for the company logo and color scheme to be applied to the page treatment for the presentations. If you are with an independent real estate company and would like to begin using your ToolkitCMA account right away, Realty Tools, Inc. may activate ToolkitCMA immediately without your company specific logo and coordinated color scheme upon your request.
