However, if an agent doesn’t have the necessary means to customize PDF documents, Realty Tools offers Document Customization Services. We can update, create or replace PDF documents as well as certain ToolkitCMA language pages if desired, for an additional charge. Custom Document Services are available at an hourly rate and our staff is well trained to complete a lot of document work in one hour.

We will not start the work until you have agreed to the quote and we understand exactly what it is you want to do.
