ToolkitCMA is cloud-based software that provides residential real estate professionals, from almost any Internet-connected device, using any of the latest popular web-browsers, to quickly and easily create proposals, marketing presentations with picture CMAs, and property flyers, for all listing and selling occasions.

Branded editions of ToolkitCMA with franchise specific marketing content are available for all major franchises and many independents. ToolkitCMA includes a variety of convenient output choices to help you maximize listing and selling engagements — email, print, and PDF files for archiving and/or printing and an option to automatically post flyers to Facebook and Twitter. When presentations are emailed the recipient will have the option to review a full PDF version of the presentation or via tablet. The ToolkitCMA user will receive an email notifying them whenever the email link is accessed for viewing by the recipient.

There is a built-in function for listing presentations to be easily created, formatted and retrieved for live, interactive presentation on a tablet device, laptop computer. Presentations are saved on Realty Tools’ Cloud-servers so the ToolkitCMA user can start a presentation at one location and finish it at another.
