ToolkitCMA provides a robust menu of branded presentations for all listing and selling occasions, as well as property flyers.  All presentations contain a variety of marketing and real estate related informational pages pertinent to buying or selling a home.  The presentation types vary with the franchise but typically include:

• • Listing presentation with picture CMAs, mapping, price graphs, marketing plan, net sheet, agent resume & agent references.  Both printed and mobile friendly versions are created. Spanish version available.
  • Pre-listing presentation that includes marketing and informational pages and agent resume and references.
  • CMA-only presentation that includes only the CMA specific pages.
  • Buyer presentation that includes marketing and informational pages oriented to buyers plus agent resume and references.
  • Buyer property tour includes desired features questionnaire, columnar presentation comparing candidate properties with desired features, map showing all candidate properties and feature page for each property including photo, features and map. ToolkitCMA is cloud-based software that provides residential real estate professionals, from almost any Internet-connected device, using any of the latest popular web-browsers, to quickly and easily create proposals, marketing presentations with picture CMAs, and property flyers, for all listing and selling occasions.

Branded editions of ToolkitCMA with franchise specific marketing content are available for all major franchises and many independents. ToolkitCMA includes a variety of convenient output choices to help you maximize listing and selling engagements — email, print, and PDF files for archiving and/or printing and an option to automatically post flyers to Facebook and Twitter. When presentations are emailed the recipient will have the option to review a full PDF version of the presentation or via tablet. The ToolkitCMA user will receive an email notifying them whenever the email link is accessed for viewing by the recipient.

A CMA (Comparative Market Analysis or Competitive Market Analysis) is a report prepared by a residential real estate professional for prospective home sellers to help establish the fair market sales price of a property. An appropriately developed CMA will take into account recent property sales, pending sales, currently listed properties, and sometimes properties that have gone off the market – all of which that are within the same neighborhood and have as many similar characteristics as possible as the subject property.
